Yesterday I had one of those days where I could not get myself to go and workout. After about 2 hours, I finally went downstairs and started my workout. But here is the issue! Once I start my workout I don't want to stop. So I figured out that the workout is not the problem it is getting myself motivated to start the workout. So if there are any motivated speakers out there, I am looking for some tips to get myself in the workout mode.
I have always been into fitness and health, but for some reason this winter I am having a hard time getting the motivation to start. I even know that now is the time I should be working out because of a few things. I am getting older, winter, and it helps to me stay positive. But even with all these things going on in my mind I still cannot make myself get to the point of starting the workout. I also run a website that gives some tips on fitness and health and right now I am the one that needs the help. Go figure! Help!!!!
